MY HONEST TAKE 🐝

Let’s be real: Squid Game was a masterpiece in Season 1 — and that’s where it should’ve stopped.
The desperation, the symbolism, the unexpected plot — it was lightning in a bottle. But Netflix saw a cash cow, and they milked it dry. Seasons 2 and 3 shifted from survival thriller to... whatever this is. Less suspense, more filler. Fewer games, more dragging.
At this point, it feels like Squid Game is doing exactly what it warned us about: turning human pain into entertainment.
I’m not surprised critics are over it — I’m just surprised it took this long.
